Directions

From the North:

  • Take the ME Turnpike South to York, ME Exit 7 (just after the toll plaza)
  • Take left at end of exit ramp and drive ¼ mile spur to Rte. 1 traffic light
  • Bear right at light onto Rte. 1 South towards Kittery and Portsmouth go 1/4 mile
  • Pass the Mobil gas station, turn left at traffic light onto Rte. 1A
  • Drive approximately 1-3/4 miles, remember to stay to the right at fork in York Village and head towards York Harbor on Rte 1A
  • Take the 4th right after Rte 103 onto Varrell Lane. CB Builders, Inc. is the first building on the right on the corner of 1A and 1 Varrell Lane.

From the South:
